Valley Prospectors has been established as a 501 (c) (7) Non-Profit Educational Organization and is located in San Bernardino County, California.
The primary objectives of this Corporation shall be:
- Provide knowledge to the general public about prospecting, and to protect the rights given under the the Mining Law of 1872 for all individuals.
- To exchange ideas and helpful tips about prospecting, and how to obtain the most enjoyment and success from prospecting.
- To obtain and hold prospecting claims and property, either by purchase, claiming or other legal means, in order to promote the foregoing.
